Friday Night, April 11th, 2014; 6-10pm
The Cargill Room at the Waterfront, La Crosse
Join the fast paced elimination-round excitement! Teams face off in four rounds of fun party games. It all builds up to the final championship round: the final two teams will be the team that raises the most money prior and the team that wins their way to the championship round. Those two teams will be vying for a chance to win up to $1,500 dollars for the school special education program of their choice!
Caring for adults with disabilities has been Riverfront's mission since 1977. At Riverfront, our mission is to provide a continuum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live meaningful lives.
The success of programs at Riverfront is clear. You’ll find people who are developing skills and making their own decisions. They are earning paychecks, living independently and making friends. They are happy to leave behind the days when a life in an institution would have dictated every detail of their daily lives. Riverfront believes every person deserves more than an existence; each person should lead a life of dignity, respect and have the opportunity to make choices for themselves.
Proceeds go to Riverfront's Innovation Fund; this fund will allow Riverfront to move quickly to create new projects, programs, initiatives or purchase adaptive equipment. It will also provide Riverfront the opportunity to enhance or expand services to adults with disabilities all to further thier mission -- to provide a continuum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live meaningful lives.
