Vendors are invited to exhibit and sell their work at the annual Apple Festival in Gays Mills.
The Gays Mills Lions Club sponsors vendor shows at two locations during Apple Festival: the Arts and Crafts Show in Lions Park on the bank of the Kickapoo River and the Flea Market at the Crawford County Fairgrounds.
The weekend coincides with the heart of the harvest of some 1,500 acres of apple trees around Gays Mills. Southwestern Wisconsin's fall colors are at their peak at this time. In addition to the Arts and Crafts Show and Flea Market, Apple Festival includes a carnival, music, dancing, the fun run/walk, the Sunday afternoon parade, many food vendors and other festivities.
Information about Apple Festival, including registration forms, is available by e-mailing gaysmillslionsclub.com or by calling (608) 735-4117.
