The Hamerstrom Stories-a collection of never-before-seen writings and sketches by Fran and Hammy Hamerstrom. The Hamerstroms are well-known in this area for all of their work protecting the Greater Prairie Chicken, and have been credited by many for saving them from extinction in Central Wisconsin.
Proceeds from the sale of Hamerstrom Stories will benefit Golden Sands RC&D, an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that networks several counties in Central Wisconsin to promote environmentally-sound economic development.

April 20 & 21: Naturally Yours, a concert by the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra honoring Fran Hamerstrom, Theatre @1800 (Sentry Insurance Complex) 1800 Northpoint Drive, Stevens Point. April 20 performance starts at 7:30 p.m.; April 21 performance starts at 4 p.m.
March 5 - May 4: Walk When the Moon Is Full, a show of mosaics and ceramics inspired by the full moon and prairie chickens at Gallery Q, 1108 Main Street, Stevens Point.
