Echo Valley Hope welcomes all to a weekend of experience and conversation around creating and living beloved community at Echo at Echo Valley Farm, E14604 County Road F at Z, Ontario, Wisconsin. We will consider the implications of Martin Luther King’s words, “Our goal is to create a beloved community and this will require a qualitative change in our souls as well as a quantitative change in our lives.” We will share meals and ideas, enjoy music and proceed by consensus. All are welcome to any or all of the weekend.
Friday evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with supper, introductions and a video.
Saturday begins at 9:00 a.m. with breakfast, followed by discussion, lunch, breakout groups, video, dinner and music.
Sunday's schedule will come by consensus.
Monday begins at 9:00 a.m. with breakfast and ends the weekend with a closing circle.
There is no charge for this event. Echo Valley Hope will accept free-will donations for Water for Peace (www.waterforpeaceproject.org), a project of the Iraqi-American Reconciliation Project, and Echo Valley Farm will gratefully accept contributions for food.
